Mike specialises in acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses and joint venture work. His practice encompasses acting for borrowers and lenders in a broad range of lending and security transactions. Market sector expertise includes IT, road haulage and licensed property.

In addition, Mike advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, including agreements for the supply of goods and services, agency, distribution and franchise agreements and IT/ IP-related contracts. A number of projects Mike has dealt with have had international dimensions. Mike is a Notary Public as well as a solicitor.

Mike lives in Cardiff and is married with three children. His interests are playing golf and developing his property in France.
