Nigel is an extremely experienced Commercial Lawyer and specialises in all types of commercial property transactions, security and lending work, and Landlord and Tenant Act matters. He acts for a variety of public and private sector organisations.

Sue has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property.  She has particular expertise in the brewing industry and general licenced trade.  Sue acts regularly for lending institutions on high value transactions.  In addition she has considerable experience in the acquisition, development and disposal of development sites including business and retail parks.

David specialises in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law including the acquisition and disposal of leasehold interests, advising on dilapidations issues, and the renewal of leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. In addition to dealing with Estates Management Issues for large public and private sector organisations David also specialises in telecommunications and planning law.
